History

Futurist Club was founded in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 2024. Our mission is to provide a community venue for like-minded individuals to explore and discuss emerging technologies, future trends, and the possibilities they hold for humanity.

We collaborate with luminaries and thinkers who are involved in biomedicine, artificial intelligence, robotics, philosophy, and more to host talks for the public and our members.

Whenever we work with a speaker at a public event, we want to record a companion video where the guest can expand on their knowledge and broadcast to a wider audience.

Our facility hosts a live music performance hall where post-secondary students can have hands-on experience with production and cinematography, while helping us produce inspiring videos for the public.

We are a rare third-space for intellectuals, makers and futurists. We pursue evidence-based science while also investigating radical new technologies that could have the potential to change society and human civilization!
